EBA will build 35 social rental housing units and a nursery at 159, Comte Borrell street in Barcelona

The Municipal Institution of L'Habitatge i Rehabilitació de Barcelona has awarded EBA the construction works of the social rent housing project at 159, Comte Borrell St., with a 5,800 square meter-surface, including 35 social rental housing units, 61 parking spaces parking and a day-care centre of 850 square meters.

Environmental features, such as a good orientation or the incorporation of cross ventilation, have been taken into consideration in the design.
