SANJOSE Portugal will build the "Martinhal Residences" in Lisbon

Elegant Residences SA has awarded SANJOSE Constructora Portugal the construction works of the "Martinhal Residences" project (stage II) in the Parque de las Naciones in Lisbon.

The project includes the construction of a building of approximately 35,000 sqm of built surface distributed in two underground floors with 244 parking spaces and 16 top level floors that hwill house 160 apartments under Apartahotel regime.

The project also stands out for its well-kept common areas, among which stand out restaurants and an indoor pool at ground floor, gym on the first floor and an outdoor pool and bar on the roof of the building.

SANJOSE Constructora Portugal has also carried out Stage I of the project, consisting mainly of excavation and peripheral containment.
