SANJOSE will build a 5 star Hotel - Resort and three leisure areas in Abu Dhabi

Miral Asset Management LLC, a company of the Government of Abu Dhabi responsible for the construction of value for visitors in the Emirate, has awarded SANJOSE Contracting in a joint venture with Fibrex Construction Group the execution of a 5 star Hotel - Resort, three leisure areas and food courts and sundry works associated with the integration of the same on the Island of Yas.

In total, the construction project that SANJOSE will lead on the south of the island, involves approximately 190,000 m² of built surface and the development of another 45,000 m². Main works to be executed are as follows:

- 5 star hotel - resort that will be operated the Hilton chain. The building, distributed in a basement floor, 12 top level floors and roof, will have 83,000 m² of built surface that will house mainly 546 rooms, a convention centre, various rooms for sundry events, two restaurants, spa, a gym and five pools that add 1,700 m² of surface. Among these pools, the largest (820 m²) and infinity-type stands out, which will be located in an area reclaimed from the sea called "Sandbox", where the execution of various accessory services is also contemplated in an exclusive area for the clients of the complex .

- Three different leisure and food court areas totalling more than 27,500 m² of built surface and so-called "Promenade", a 17,500 m² building located next to the hotel that includes a cinema and 18 commercial premises; "Boardwalk", 13 commercial premises located in front of the hotel that add more than 4,700 m² of built surface; and "Pier", located in the second zone gained to the sea that includes a total of 12 commercial premises arranged in a building of more than 5,500 m².

- Three underground parking areas with a total capacity for 1,518 vehicles. Complete execution (except deep foundation) of two underground parking areas with a total of 16,500 m² and two levels and completion of a third parking area (except foundation and structure) with a total area of more than 60,000 m² and also two levels of basement.

- Development of 45,000 m² in the surrounding areas of the hotel, including leisure and food court areas and a promenade.
