SANJOSE will build a luxury boutique hotel on Calle Largo de S. Domingos in Oporto (Portugal)

SANJOSE Constructora Portugal has been awarded the stage II of the construction works of a new luxury boutique hotel with capacity for 66 guests after the integration of 5 buildings totalling more than 4,000 square metres of surface located on Calle Largo de S. Domingos 60-65 and Rua da Vitória 221-239 in Porto.

The main difficulty of the intervention is the connection between the two buildings on Largo de S. Domingos and the three buildings on Rua da Vitória. It is carried out through a horizontal section (tunnel) and a vertical section with an elevator. In addition, in this second phase all the necessary works of foundations, structures, civil works, technical installations and finishes will be carried out.

SANJOSE Constructora also carried out Stage I of the project consisting mainly of the excavation and peripheral containment of the plot, including the global demolition of 2 buildings and partial demolition of the other three, in which the containment of facades had to be carried out.
