SANJOSE will build the 104 social housing units Huerta de Santa Isabel Este building in Córdoba

Viviendas Municipales de Córdoba, S.A. (VIMCORSA) has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the construction works of the block of 7 floors and 104 Social Housing (VPO) Huerta Santa Isabel Este in the partial plan O-3 of the Andalusian city.

SANJOSE is also in charge of the design of the building, which will have at least 104 parking spaces and also areas to park bicycles. In addition, the property will comply with all the requirements established in the PGOU, including the pneumatic waste collection plan.
