INEE Pajaritos 39 SL has awarded SANJOSE Constructora Batch 2 (architecture and inside finishing) and Barch 3 (MEP works) of Residencial Pajaritos at 3, Garibay St. in Madrid.

SANJOSE Constructora has previously executed Batch 1 (earthworks, foundations, structures and concrete facades).
