SANJOSE will build the new Residencial Zurbarán 26 in Madrid Arraterra

Zurbarán 2426 has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the refurbishment, restructuring and expansion works for 8 new luxury homes (2 duplex penthouses and 6 three- and four-bedroom homes with surfaces between 210/312 square metres) and other uses of the building located in Zurbarán street 24-26 in Madrid.

A general refurbishment will be carried out respecting the historical value of the building (the facade and the main staircase are protected by Heritage), and an extension in height will be carried out creating an extension that completes the set with a double glass facade.

Also note that the new residential will have three swimming pools on the roof and a backyard with green areas.

In terms of facilities, Zurbarán 26 has geothermal and aerothermal energy as an extra energy supply and all homes will have home automation systems.
