SANJOSE will completely refurbish the Plaza Madrid 5 administrative building in Valladolid

The Regional Government of Castilla y León has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the contract for the complete refurbishment of a building constructed in 1930, which was last used as the headquarters of the Territorial Delegation of the Tax Agency in Valladolid.

It is a trapezoidal building with five floors above ground and a semi-basement floor facing three streets. Functionally, the occupied spaces are arranged around a central courtyard covered by a large glass roof on the first floor.

Once the works have been completed, this administrative centre will have capacity of approximately 300 employees in a new building that will be fully accessible and equipped with the latest technology.
