INEE Pajaritos 39 SL has awarded SANJOSE Constructora Stage 1 (earthworks, foundations, structurec and concrete façades) of the urban complex Residencial Pajaritos at 3, Garibay St.

The final project of this urban complex will involve a total of 61 housing units, 130 car park spaces and 61 cellars, common areas, gardens and a swimming pool.
