SANJOSE will execute the design and construction of 60 social housing units in Arru Barrio de Tamaraceite, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria

The Sociedad Municipal de Gestión Urbanística of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the design and construction of 60 social housing units in Arru Barrio de Tamaraceite.

The project also includes the demolition and management of waste of the 86 existing housing units in the plot of land.
