Grupo SANJOSE is responsible for the treatment of all personal data of any interested party and information will be treated in accordance with the provisions of the current regulations for the protection of personal data, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, as of 27 April, 2016, with regards to the protection of natural people and the processing of personal data and the Organic Act 3/2018, as of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data, so the following treatment information is provided:

In compliance with the provisions of the European Regulation 2016/679 General Data Protection, we inform you that we will treat any data provided in the registration of your curriculum in order to analyse your profile and manage the selection process. Likewise, data may be processed in order to verify your profile in accordance with our corporate policy and procedures, and for this you may be required to perform selection tests, language level tests, psychometric tests, interviews and professional references may be requested.

If you provide data related to a third party for the purpose of comparing professional references, you must ensure that you have informed the third party of the aspects contained in this document and to have obtained the authorisation to provide contact information for the purposes indicated.

3. Legitimacy and storage term

Treatment legitimacy of data is based on your consent and the legitimate interest of the Entity in verifying the profile of candidates. Data provided may be retained for two years and for the time necessary for compliance with legal obligations.

Once the aforementioned deadline has elapsed, if you wish to continue participating in our selection procedures, you may have to submit your CV again.

4. Recipients of the data

By clicking on "I accept" on the website of Grupo Empresarial San José S.A. you express your consent to your data being communicated for the fulfilment of the same purposes to the different companies within Grupo Empresarial San José, S.A; said companies are listed on the notes to the consolidated annual financial statements of Grupo Empresarial San José S.A. published on the website www.gruposanjose.biz.

We inform you that your professional data will be taken into account in the selection procedures taking place in the different countries where Grupo SANJOSE operates.
