EBA will build 108 social housing units (VPO) in Barakaldo, Vizcaya

Vivienda y Suelo de Euskadi (VISESA) has awarded EBA the contract for the construction of the more than 12,500 square metres of the VPO El Carmen II residential development in Barakaldo, Vizcaya.

The new "L" shaped building will have an A energy rating and will consist of 108 housing units of 1 to 3 bedrooms above ground level and 108 parking spaces and storage rooms on two underground floors.
