GRUPO SANJOSE, GLOBAL MIRÓBRIGA Y CEDICOR present the tender for the privatization of the Madrid-Barajas airport

The consortium that represents to the bidding of El Prat and Barajas airports privatization, is made up of companies which activity and long experience in airports is evident such in building, maintenance, management and development of them.
The consortium consists of GLOBAL MIRÓBRIGA (Advent International Group) (40%), CEDICOR (20%) and GRUPO SANJOSE (40%) which manages assets whose amount is more than 19.000MM€. It also negotiates with airports with total air traffic of more than 45 millions of passengers.
CEDICOR S.A. holds 97, 5% of CORPORACIÓN AMÉRICA and administer more than forty airports all over South America within are remarkable Ezeiza and Aeroparque (Argentinean airports) and Guayaquil (Ecuadorian).
GLOBAL MIRÓBRIGA belongs 100% to Advent International Group, that is one of the main company with private equity and with investments of 16.000MM€ over 35 countries. Advent is majority shareholder in Latin American and Dominican airports which arrange more than 16 million of passenger’s p.a. and operate the Shopping area, duty free, catering and parking.
Advent has been taking part in the construction and arrangement of the International Airport of Mexico, the second biggest Latin American airport.
Within the activities that GRUPO SANJOSE develops all over the World it can be remarkable its presence in projects such as the construction of the Dulles Airport Terminal in Washington D.C. (USA), the redesigning and extension of Ronald Reagan Airport in Washington, the international airport of Tocumen (Panama), the Lansing strip 18L – 36 R in Barajas (Madrid airport) and Menorca airport.
