SANJOSE will Provide Maintenance Services for Buildings and Facilities Supporting the General Interest Rail Network (RFIG). Lot I (Northwest Region)

The Spanish Railway Infrastructure Administrator (Adif) has awarded the Joint-Venture (JV) formed by SANJOSE Constructora and Tecnocontrol Servicios the contract for maintenance services covering buildings and facilities managed by Adif that support maintenance, preservation, repair, and mandatory regulatory inspections across installations requiring such services within the Conventional, Metric Gauge, and High-Speed rail networks operated by Adif and Adif Alta Velocidad (Adif AV).

Lot I, awarded to Grupo SANJOSE, corresponds to the Northwest Operations Division and encompasses 30,000 square meters (322,920 sqf) of built surface distributed across 136 buildings/facilities: 85 within the Conventional Network and 51 within the Metric Gauge Network.

The same Joint-Venture was previously awarded this contract on June 16, 2022, providing the corresponding maintenance services until the current contract entered into force.
