Cartuja I will build Phase II of the Medblue Los Monteros Residential in Marbella, Málaga

Metrovacesa has awarded Cartuja I the execution works for Phase II of this exclusive residential complex in the upper part of Los Monteros in Marbella with a contemporary design that includes 45 luxury homes (including penthouses), 45 storage rooms, 57 parking spaces and Common areas with heated outdoor and indoor swimming pool, spa, gym and coworking.

With this new award to Cartuja I, which is also carrying out Phase I of the project, it will have built practically 20,000 square meters of constructed area and 84 homes.
