Abu Prado San Sebastián has awarded Cartuja I. the contract to construct a new, exclusive residential building featuring an elegant and avant-garde design in Seville.

Abu El Prado de San Sebastián, which will have a total floor area of over 10,000 square meters, will house 53 units ranging from 1 to 5 bedrooms (all with terraces) distributed across a 6-story building, with commercial space on the ground floor, a rooftop pool, and two basement levels providing 95 parking spaces and 56 storage units.
