Metrovacesa has awarded Cartuja I. the execution works for the Residencial Navacerrada in Seville, a new development consisting of 46 homes with 1 to 4 bedrooms (all with terrace) developed in two blocks of multi-family homes, commercial premises, garages, storage rooms and areas common with swimming pool.

Architecturally, it stands out for the contemporary lines of the building and the diverse typology of the homes, since some have exclusive private solariums and penthouses with large terraces.
