Cartuja I. will Build Phase II of the Abu Artillería Residential Complex in Seville

Abu Artillería 23 has awarded Cartuja I. the execution works of Phase II of the Abu Artillería Residential Complex in Seville, covering over 13,000 square metres.

This new building will have six floors with 69 housing units ranging from two to four bedrooms, with an average size of 145 square metres, including penthouses. The residences will feature customisable interiors within a cutting-edge, innovative, and efficient urban development, designed to enhance well-being and quality of life. Below ground level, the building will include two basement floors accommodating 149 parking spaces and 73 storage units.
