Metrovacesa has awarded Cartuja I. the contract to build the Torrenova Residential Complex in Seville, an L-shaped 16-story multi-family building (two basement floors and 14 above ground) With a total floor area of over 16,000 square meters, it will comprise 104 two- to four-bedroom apartments with large terraces and private gardens on the ground floor, 125 parking spaces, 104 storage rooms, commercial premises on the ground floor, and spacious communal areas and facilities including a swimming pool, community room, and children's play area.
