Cartuja will build Stage II of the Residential Serenity Views in Estepona, Malaga

Metrovacesa Suelo y Promoción has awarded Cartuja the construction works for Stage II (66 housing units) of the Serenity Views Residential in Estepona, Malaga.

Including the two stages, both awarded to Cartuja, the Serenity Views residential complex covers 20,000 square meters of built surface where 132 large-format functional homes are distributed in several buildings, 117 parking spaces, 113 community pool storage rooms and large green areas.
