Construtora Udra will build the Alma Hills Residential Complex in Miraflores, Oeiras (Portugal)

Madadna Portugal - Sicafi has awarded Construtora Udra the execution works of the more than 29,000 square meters of constructed area that represent the four buildings of the Alma Hills Residential Complex located in a privileged location with views of the river in Miraflores, Oeiras.

This new residential project is made up of 3 buildings of 2 and 3 floors and an 8-story tower with impressive views of the river, Monsanto and the city, totaling 156 homes with 1 to 4 bedrooms with large balconies and 72 lofts.

It should be noted that Alma Hills also has parking, children's areas, green areas and a private swimming pool and gym on the rooftops of each building.
