Construtora Udra will build the Pines Urban Resort Residential in Lisbon (Portugal)

Creinvest has awarded Construtora Udra the execution works( Phase II) of the unique and exclusive Pines Urban Resort in Lisbon. This unique project, with more than 14,000 square meters of constructed area, includes a main building that houses 43 homes with 2 to 4 bedrooms with swimming pools on the roof, two exclusive villas with private pools, a basement for the entire complex and spacious Parkland.

It should be noted that Udra has also carried out Phase I of the project, which mainly included excavation, foundation and structure works.
