Construtora Udra will build the residential development The One in Lisbon

KIG XXI (Kronos Homes) has awarded Construtora Udra the execution works for a new mixed-use building: 65 housing units arranged into 7 floors above ground, commercial premises on the ground floor and common basement with 3 floors devoted to parking.

This project, with more than 12,000 square metres of built surface, will fill one of the most visible urban voids in Lisbon by being executed in three streets and closing the block formed by Avenida João XXI, Rua de Cidade de Bucharest, Avenida Marconi and Avenida de Rome.
