EBA will build the Adinberri Aging Centre in Pasaia, Guipúzcoa

The Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa has awarded EBA the contract for the construction of the Adinberri Aging Centre in Pasaia, covering an área of more tan 30,000 square metres.

This centre of reference in ageing Will be composed of 3 blocks above ground level that occupy part of the plot; 2 levels below ground mainly for 468 parking spaces and various services (kitchen, laundry, changing rooms, etc.); and the development of the entire plot of 8,330 square meters, including the square area between buildings and the new sidewalks and roads to the east of the plot.

The main building corresponds to a residence for the elderly with 124 beds divided into 2 modules of 4 and 6 upper floors and where the ground floor will be used as a Day Center; the second block has 3 upper floors that house 22 supervised flats (14 singles and 4 doubles), while the ground floor is dedicated to innovation spaces; and a third multi-purpose building to the Northwest with three upper floors and primary care on the ground floor.
