EBA will build the Residencial Barakaldo Urban, Vizcaya

Pryconsa has awarded EBA the execution works for more than 15,000 square meters of constructed area that constitute the Residencial Barakaldo Urban. It is a newly built development made up of 113 two and three bedroom houses with terraces, storage rooms, 1 or 2 parking spaces (with electric car charging pre-installation) per home, and common areas that include a heated swimming pool, 'txoko', gym, garden and recreation areas.
