The City Council of Madrid has awarded SANJOSE the Service for Conservation of green areas and street trees of batch No 2, the most important of the country in terms of budget and surface, for a period of two years and a total budget of EUR 28.74 million

The City Council of Madrid has entrusted the JV formed by SANJOSE Constructora (leader), El Ejidillo Viveros Integrales and Dasotec Ingeniería y Medioambiente the service for the conservation and maintenance of green areas and street trees of batch No 2 in the capital city for a total budget of EUR 14,373,135 per year for a period of up to two years.
Total surface of green areas amounts to 787.27 hectares arranged into three districts of the capital city, being the detail as follows:
Works and services included within scope of contract are classified according to the same as: conservation of plant elements, road infrastructure (earthen areas, pavements, maintenance of irrigation system and drinking fountains); drainage network, collection and disposal of storm water; buildings, facilities and civil works; and fences, gates, protective elements, signage and signalling and site cleaning.
