Grupo SANJOSE will Build More Than 1,000 Homes in Peru with the Altavista Condominio Development in Lima

Grupo SANJOSE, after promoting and designing it, has begun construction works on a new urban development called Altavista Condominio in Lima, specifically in the Bellavista District of the Province of Callao, adjacent to the Nuevavista Condominio project (1,104 homes), also developed by SANJOSE.

Altavista is a large-scale project with nearly 100,000 square meters (1.08 million sqf) of built surface, distributed across 10 buildings that will house 1,056 homes, 715 parking spaces, and 71% open space. It stands out as a gated, peaceful condominium with a high proportion of public recreational areas and green spaces that enhance the quality of life for all its residents. Its shared amenities include sports areas, barbecue areas, pet zone, children’s play areas, multipurpose rooms, a movie theater, an outdoor gym, etc.

It should be noted that Altavista Condominio has been designed by SANJOSE in accordance with the regulations of the MIVIVIENDA Fund Program and is currently undergoing certification to qualify as Sustainable Housing, aiming at all times to promote energy and water savings through various initiatives and installations such as LED lighting, gas networks, photovoltaic systems, parking spaces equipped for electric mobility, bicycle parking, and smart irrigation systems, etc.

With this new condominium developed by SANJOSE in Peru, the Group will have promoted and delivered a total of 6,624 homes and more than 500,000 square meters (5.38 million sqf) of built surface in the country.
