Inditex arrives at Puerta Europa Algeciras

The Shopping centre, property of Sanjose Inmobiliaria - Parquesol, is about to reach 80% occupation rate and expects to reach 100% by the end of the year.
Sanjose Inmobiliaria - Parquesol has leased to Grupo Inditex a total of 2,460m² at the Shopping Centre Puerta Europa Algeciras where it will open five of its most relevant brands: Bershka, Lefties, Oysho, Pull&Bear and Stradivarius.
These clothing stores will be located at both floors, what will increase dynamism and commercial offer.
The Shopping Centre Puerta Europa Algeciras, developed by Sanjose Inmobiliaria - Parquesol, is unique at the Campo de Gibraltar. It provides a total of 102,000m², where 29,450m² are available for lease or rent for commercial and leisure purposes (81 stores) and 2,000 car park spaces.
With this rental agreement and current negotiations with potential customers, Sanjose Inmobiliaria - Parquesol consolidates the Shopping Centre Puerta Europa Algeciras, which is expected to reach 80% occupation rate.
Since its opening, Puerta Europa Algeciras has been very successful and popular at both the city itself and the surrounding area, becoming a shopping reference. Commercial and leisure offer include some of the most popular brands at national and International level, such as: Primark, Mercadona, C&A, Sport Zone, Zippy, Cortefiel, Springfield, Women Secret, Blanco, Poly, Décimas, Mary Paz, Inside, etc.
Large crowds of people from the Algeciras region and even the north of Africa boost the implementation of top national and International brands, such as Inditex.
