The new composition of the Advisory Board of Insurance and Pension Funds, an administrative advisory body to the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation on the regulation and supervision of private insurance, reinsurance, pension plans and funds and insurance and reinsurance mediation, has been published in the Spanish Official State Gazette (BOE) on 14 September 2022.

Ms. Lourdes Freiría has been elected, on the proposal from the Director General of Insurance and Pension Funds, to represent prestigious corporations related to private insurance.
