SANJOSE Peru will execute the implementation works of the USIL Insignia Building in Lima

The University of San Ignacio de Loyola (USIL) has awarded SANJOSE Constructora Perú the implementation works of the Insignia Building in Lima in the specialties of architecture, electrical installations, medium voltage, sanitary, mechanical, fire protection, communications, BMS, etc.

The building has a constructed area of more than 15,000 square meters distributed over 9 floors, a roof terrace and 6 basement floors. Among its facilities it will have administrative offices, meeting rooms, classrooms, toilets, technical rooms, MUS (multiple use spaces), foyer, laboratories, coworking areas, etc.
