SANJOSE Portugal will Complete Finishes and Installations for Recreational Building 2 at Verdelago Resort 5-Star in Castro Marim, Altura, Algarve

Verdelago - Sociedade Imobiliária has awarded SANJOSE Constructora Portugal the contract for the finishing works and special installations of Recreational Building 2 at the Verdelago Resort 5-star in Castro Marim, Algarve.

This facility will include a basement with parking, indoor and outdoor pools, wellness areas, a gym, a bar, a sauna, and other amenities.

SANJOSE has previously executed several projects within the Verdelago Resort, totaling 38,815 square meters of built-up area, which include 156 housing units (54 currently under construction) and various support infrastructures such as the “Clube do Aldeamento”, which serves the entire tourist village.
