SANJOSE will Expand and Fully Renovate the Four-Star Parador de Nerja in Málaga

Paradores de Turismo de España has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the contract for the expansion, modernization, and comprehensive renovation of the Parador de Nerja, originally built in 1965.

Following completion of the works, which will encompass more than 10,000 square meters (107,640 sqf) of built surface, the upgraded complex will feature a total of 103 guest rooms with sea-facing terraces (including four accessible rooms), compared to the current 98 rooms.

The renovated property will also include large-capacity event spaces, an outdoor swimming pool, tennis and paddle tennis courts, food and beverage venues, landscaped gardens, and 132 parking spaces.
