SANJOSE will build the Residencial Abarca Avilés, Principality of Asturias

Árqura Homes has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the execution works of a new residential development made up of 97 housing units with 1 to 4 bedrooms with large terraces, premises, storage rooms and parking spaces in the Asturian town of Avilés.

The project, which will involve almost 20,000 square metres of built surface, has a careful architecture that makes the most of natural light and has various common areas, including a garden, a food lounge and a children's playground.
