SANJOSE will Build the Be Grand El Limonar Residential Complex in Málaga

Oriented Solutions has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the contract to execute the Be Grand El Limonar residential complex in Málaga.

The project consists of five buildings—three historic structures to be rehabilitated and seamlessly integrated with two new contemporary constructions. The development will include 17 housing units, 21 parking spaces, 17 storage units, and numerous communal areas, such as a swimming pool, gym, shared chill-out terrace, scenic viewpoints, and walking paths.
