SANJOSE will build the Residencial Habitat Telde in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria

Promociones Habitat has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the execution works of the Telde Residential in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, a residential building with more than 11,000 square meters of built surface that houses 86 housing units, 95 parking spaces, 86 storage rooms, 6 commercial premises and a landscaped residential development with a playground.

The homes stand out for their large windows and terraces with views that take advantage of the natural light and ventilation so characteristic of Gran Canaria.

The building has a floor plan of approximately 1,600 square meters with two floors below ground, a ground floor and four floors above ground. The building is divided into three contiguous blocks with independent entrances.
