Aedas Homes has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the construction work for more than 25,000 square metres of built area that will make up the La Poliseda II Residential Development in Alcalá de Henares, Madrid.

The new development, intended for Build to Rent (BtR), will consist of 195 1 and 2 bedroom homes distributed in 4 portals with 6 floors, 195 parking spaces, and spacious common areas with swimming pool, gym, coworking and paddle tennis court.
