SANJOSE will build the Lerena Residential Development in Alicante

Aedas Homes has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the construction works for the approximately 20,000 square metres of built area that make up the Lerena Residential Development in Alicante.

This new residential development has 138 housing units of 1 to 3 bedrooms (all with terraces), a communal car park with 143 parking spaces, storage rooms, commercial premises and communal areas with social areas, gymnasium, garden, swimming pool, etc.
