SANJOSE will build the Sansofí Residential Complex in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria

Metrovacesa has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the construction works of this new residential development consisting of a 7-storey building with 2 underground basements that will have 65 housing units of 1 to 4 bedrooms with large terraces and common areas, including a swimming pool, gymnasium and garden.

The development is completed with two commercial premises on the ground floor and two basements for parking spaces and storage rooms.
