SANJOSE will build the Alveum Oviedo residential complex

Árqura Homes has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the construction of a residential complex of 84 housing units, arranged into ground floor, 7 floors above ground plus an attic floor, commercial premises, garages and storage rooms.

Alveum Oviedo is located in the Rubín area, next to the Central University Hospital of Asturias (HUCA) and close to the Pre-Romanesque Church of San Julián de los Prados, in a completely residential environment with very good communications and only two kilometres away from the historic centre of the city.
