SANJOSE will build Phase II of the Residencial Culmia Ciencias Park in Seville

Narvi Activos Inmobiliarios, S.L.U. (Culmia) has awarded SANJOSE Constructora Phase II of the execution works of the Residencial Ciencias Park in Seville, which includes 135 homes, commercial premises, storage rooms, parking spaces for cars and bicycles and various common areas.

With this new award, SANJOSE will have completely executed this new development of more than 30,000 square meters of constructed area that will house a total of 239 homes with 2 to 4 bedrooms (all with terrace), 300 parking spaces, 239 storage rooms and spectacular areas common areas with swimming pool, gym, children's area, Social Club, Coworking Space, etc.

It should be noted that during the configuration and construction of this development, the appropriate techniques have been used to reduce heat loss in winter and heat input in summer and it has been decided to use materials and techniques that reduce energy use.
