SANJOSE will build Phase II of the Náutica Residential Building in A Coruña

Desarrollos Inmobiliarios Kontiki (Nozar) has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the execution works for Phase II of the Náutica Residential Building on the first line facing the sea in A Coruña, which will house 44 homes with 2 to 4 bedrooms (all with terrace), parking spaces with pre-installation for electric car charging, storage rooms and well-kept common areas that include a gym and gastro library.

SANJOSE, which is also constructing Phase I of the Náutica Building, will have executed more than 20,000 square meters of constructed area and 132 homes in this project.
