SANJOSE will build Canvas, the Greystar's new 435-bed student residence, in Cantoblanco, Madrid

Greystar has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the works to expand and adapt a building to its new use as a student residence with 435 beds and a wide range of common areas: swimming pool, different meeting rooms, games areas, gym, paddle tennis court. , coworking, various outdoor recreation areas (also on walkable roofs at different levels), restaurant, cafeteria, etc.

The new Cantoblanco residence will be operated under the Canvas brand,and owned by Greystar. It will involve more than 11,000 square meters of constructed area and located at km 5 of the M-616 highway in Madrid. The location is strategic as it is close to the Campus Cantoblanco from the Autonomous University of Madrid (AUM).
