SANJOSE will build the Residencial Marina in La Nueva Flota, Murcia

Residencial Zosma 2022 (Nozar) has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the execution works for the Residencial Marina in La Nueva Flota de Murcia. It is a new development distributed in two blocks comprising 54 homes of 2 and 3 bedrooms and various types (apartments with terraces, ground-floor units with huge sun terraces, penthouses, duplexes with solariums). Additionally, all units will include a storage room, a parking space with pre-installation for electric car charging, and various communal spaces such as a swimming pool, gym, and gastroteca.
