SANJOSE will build the Ministry of Interior Headquarters and the Decentralisation of the Republic of the Congo for EUR 58.48 million
■ First project of Grupo SANJOSE in the country
The Government of the Republic of the Congo - Brazzaville has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the execution works of the new Ministry of Interior Headquarters and the Decentralisation within the city centre of Brazzaville for EUR 58,489,247. .
The project covers a total built surface amounting to 44,000 m² arranged into two buildings (a 10-storey building and a 9-storey building) joined by gangways, an helipad on the roof and a common basement housing 111 car park spaces and technical and monitoring facilities.
Each building houses different departments of the Ministry arranged into several floors, a Conference Hall, cafeteria located at the ground level floor and a restaurant at the fourth floor. Top level floors are devoted to house the Minister’s office and private apartments.
The project also includes the urbanisation works of the plot of land (4,407 m²), the construction of a perimeter wall and security gate houses.
The awarding of this project strengthens the international expansion strategy of Grupo SANJOSE within the continent and involves its settlement in Central Africa. Currently the group holds a collaboration agreement with the Government of Mozambique for the implementation of 100,000 housing units (Western Africa), is executing several 5* resorts in Cape Verde and is attending tenders for important projects in the North of Africa.
