SANJOSE will build a shopping centre in the south of Tenerife

Depósitos Almacenes Número Uno SA and Siam Ru SL have awarded SANJOSE Constructora the construction works of the SIAM MALL Shopping Centre in Adeje (Tenerife), which will be built next to Siam Park, one of the best water parks worldwide.

It is a shopping centre with large open terraces, fountains and gardens.

The Shopping Centre will have a total of 75 shops and many terraces devoted to food court. Further, it will count on spaces for holding several events, parades and children activities. The complex will have a total of 1,132 parking spaces arranged at underground and ground level car parking areas.

Due to its location, the area of ​​influence of the new shopping centre houses 22% of total resident population of the island and about 62% of all visitors. Thus, potential client estimates amount to 203 thousand residents and nearly 3 million tourists per year.
