SANJOSE will build a building devoted to commercial and office purposes in San Bartolome, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria

Seaside Hotels has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the execution works of a building of approximately 8,000 square meters of built surface arranged into 2 floors above ground, intended for commercial and office purposes, and underground 2 floors devoted to house 113 car parings spaces, archives and facilities.

Architecturally, the building is arranged in two differentiated volumes (north and south) structured around a central courtyard and flanked on its short sides (east and west) by service units.
