SANJOSE will build a 4-star hotel in the Historic Centre of Malaga

ASG Proyectos Hoteleros Málaga has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the construction works of a new 4-star hotel in the Historic Centre of Malaga, specifically at 27/33, Tomás de Cózar Street.

The new hotel will have 4 floors above ground including 50 rooms, a room for events, a gym, a spa with a thermal bath, an open terrace, etc.

The plot has an area of 1,060 square metres resulting from unifying four different buildings into one. The new hotel will maintain the original land structure in compliance with the PEPRI CENTRO ordinance.
