SANJOSE will construct a new residential building on plot RL-07 of the Jardines Hacienda Rosario development in Seville

Porvenir 2021 (Nozar) has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the contract for the construction of more than 18,000 square meters of floor space for a new residential building that will house 125 homes on plot RL-07 of the Jardines Hacienda Rosario macro-project in Seville.

With this new award, SANJOSE will have built 130,000 square meters of constructed area in this development, distributed in 6 buildings that will hold a total of 870 houses.
