SANJOSE increases its international portfolio in more than 140 million Euros

Grupo Sanjose has increased in more than 140 million euros its international portfolio throughout the last months. At present, 38% of the Group’s portfolio comes from foreign contracting.

Both public institutions and private companies from Portugal, Czech Republic, Cape Verde and Peru have allotted several works to the company, among which,, the most remarkable ones are the 

North Rehabilitation Centre in Porto. Hotel Project in Lisbon, finishing and gas and water supply facilities of the Shopping Centre Aqua Portimão in El Algarve,  photovoltaic power station of 5 MW in the Czech Republic, the Resort Dunas Beach Resort in Cape Verde and the administrative building Tempo in Peru.

Portugal

The extension and modernisation of the North Rehabilitation Centre in Valadares - Porto was awarded by Administração Regional de Saúde do Norte for 25.85 million Euros. The work (over a surface of nearly 50,000m²) implies the rehabilitation of the former hospital, an annex building, green spaces, parking spaces, etc. 

Czech Republic

The Belgian company Enfinity PV will invest 16 million Euros in the new photovoltaic power station of 5 MW in Straz. Sanjose Tecnologías has been awarded the construction of the power station which will be located in a 12ha. Plot where more than 20,000 solar panels will be placed. 

Enfinity PV is a company dedicated to the development financing, construction and maintenance of photovoltaic facilities and, to a lesser extend, wind energy facilities in Germany, Bulgaria, Belgium, Canada, China The USA, France, Spain, Greece, Italy, Czech Republic. 

Cape Verde

The Tortuga Beach Resort & SPA for The Resort Group (TRG), Developer who has trusted once again Grupo Sanjose for the execution of a new tourism complex in Isla de la Sal, Dunas Beach Resort which amounts to 78.5 million Euros.

The Project cover a total built surface of 114,500m² distributed into an urbanized area of 178,000m², where 54 villas and 1,035 houses, a 90-bedroom hotel and a 36-bedroom hotel, several annex buildings, restaurants, shops, bars, gymnasium, SPA and swimming pools will be located.

Peru

Inversiones Granadero has awarded Sanjose Perú the execution of the administrative building Tempo in San Isidro - Lima  for 2.56 million Euros. The total built surface amounts to 7,500m² where an 8-storey building and tour underground car park levels will be located. 

Sanjose International represents an increasing percentage of the total turnover of the Group. The recently awarded works consolidate the global nature of the company who continues to study and struggle for different projects in Europe, Latin America, Africa and Asia.
