SANJOSE will improve energy efficiency at the General Almirante Base in Marines, Valencia

The Ministry of Defense has awarded SANJOSE Constructora various actions to improve the energy efficiency of buildings 26, 27, 36, 37 and 55 of the General Almirante Base in Marines, Valencia.

The project includes carrying out various actions in the envelope of the buildings, allowing the reduction of energy demand, as well as the installation of renewable energy sources for reducing their non-renewable primary energy consumption. In addition, it will be equipped with new air conditioning, ventilation, generation of domestic hot water, replacement of part of the lighting. Also self-consumption photovoltaic panels will be installed.
